About me — my journey

Close to nature. Shaped by life. Here with all my heart.

As a child, I felt deeply connected to nature and animals. I got my first pony at eleven, and at 19 I made my dream of having a small farm of my own come true.

My two children have been my greatest teachers. Becoming a grandmother at 46 and helping raise my grandson was a special gift. We’ve learned and grown together, discovering ourselves anew time and again.

My career path led me from education to social pedagogy and psychotherapy. My many years working with people facing difficult life circumstances have especially shaped me.

Today, I bring together my therapeutic experience with my love of nature, animals, sound and intuitive work.

All of this has come together in Sélarūm—a space for the soul.

Throughout my life and career, it has become increasingly clear to me that change does not happen through words alone.

Sometimes it takes connecting with another person or an animal, the peace of nature, a moving sound, or a safe space where we can grow closer to ourselves again.

Today, I bring together my therapeutic and social-pedagogical experience with my love of nature, animals, sound and creative, intuitive work.

I meet everyone with openness, mindfulness and respect for their own unique story.

I don’t want to change people; I want to support them in understanding themselves better, discovering their own strengths and finding new ways forward.

Because I believe everyone has the capacity to grow and change.

My role is to create a space where trust can grow and change can come from within.

For me, Sélarūm is more than a practice. It’s a special place close to my heart, where my experience, values and vocation come together.
